Ashley
Barlow
As a Creative Performance Director with over a decade of experience in film, television, and interactive media, Ashley’s career has been defined by leading performance, production and development teams and turning their creative vision into reality.
She helped bring Indigenous stories to mainstream audiences as Co-Producer on the award winning one-hour dramatic series, Blackstone (APTN, CBC, Netflix). In her most recent leadership roles at Electronic Arts, she directed cinematic performance and voice production for global franchises like Dragon Age and Black Panther. She’s built a career bridging creative storytelling and technical excellence.
Equally important to her is mentorship. As a Guest Director at Vancouver Film School (her alma mater) and Grant MacEwan University, and through work with emerging talent in workshops like “Authentic Voices for AAA Video Games,” she’s guided new creators in navigating the realities of professional voiceover production.
